Let me introduce the unique technology of Dury Chemical
Water drained in bathrooms, inevitably occur noises in houses as apartment. They are the main cause of hindrance to pleasant life of residents. The main reason of the noises is that water that has passed through the toilet bowl and falls to the bottom of elbow, causing collision with the inner wall of the elbow.
In 1998, Dury Chemical developed the world's first low-noise piping solution to improve the living environment. This is an eco-friendly technology that has solved the problems of noise, dew condensation, and heat insulation, which are disadvantages of existing conventional products.

General piping + soundproof enclosing
It is a method where general single-layer pipes are wrapped with additional sound insulation material, restricting noise transfer and gaining a noise reduction effect. It has some disadvantages it requires a separate soundproofing cost (in addition to the cost of pipe installation), a long construction period, and a high possibility of defects.

Triple-layer soundproofing
In order to mitigate water impact noise in the elbow and to effectively block the external transmission of noise from the inside of the pipe, the product adopts the triple-layer strcture, "the inner layer (soft PVC) + the mid-layer (air layer) + the external layer (hard PVC layer)." The product has excellent low-noise effect. Also, it is possible to construct piping economically and reliably because it does not require any external sound insulation material.
- Minimal occurrence of water impact sound by using soft PVC material at the point where impact is generated by dropped water
- Triple-layer structure (with one air layer) effectively prevents external transmission of drainage noise
- Prevention of dew condensation on pipe surface due to the air layer enabling low heat transfer

Variable elastic nozzle technology
As an exclusive patent of Dury Chemical, it is an innovative technology that uses elastic variable nozzle (EVN) to control the movement of fluid and suppress the generation of noise.
- Noise-reduced products (reducing by 5dB or more compared to previous NC)
※ Test by the Korea Testing Laboratory (KTL) (Toilet bowl) - Noise reduction level of more than 5dB is same as more than two times (＞200%) in human sensing.
