Hanwha Solutions has been working with seven PVC processing companies, including Dongshin Polyma, Doori Chemical, HDC Hyundai EP, Wonpung, Jeil Wallpaper, TSC,
and Powerlab, at the headquarters of Hanwha Building in Jung-gu, Seoul.
It was announced on the 6th that it had signed an MOU for cooperation in the bio PVC business.
With this agreement, Hanwha Solutions and each processing company will produce products such as flooring, wallpaper, pipes, tarpaulins (waterproof sheets),
and wraps to which bio-PVC is applied for the first time in Korea.
Bio-PVC is eco-friendly because it uses vegetable raw materials instead of fossil raw materials, so it generates less carbon in the process and can recycle waste cooking oil.
